Enjoy the best experience in Technogym equipped facilities worldwide, using the UC Rec & Sport app. You’ll be able to connect to the equipment using Bluetooth, QR Code or NFC. The equipment will log you into your profile and automatically set itself up with your apps, preferences, programmes, and your results will be automatically tracked on your mywellness account.

Log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.

SEE THE REC & SPORT SERVICES AT A GLANCE: Discover in the FACILITY AREA of the app all the programmes, classes and challenges the Rec & Sport team provides.

A VIRTUAL COACH TO GUIDE YOUR WORKOUT: Choose a workout in the MY MOVEMENT page and let the app guide you through. The app will automatically move to the next exercise. You can choose to rate your experience and schedule your next workout.

PROGRAMMES: Never forget your programme again! Record your training programme in the app, including cardio, strength, classes and other sport activities; access all exercise instructions and videos; keep track of your results automatically by signing in to MyWellness directly on Technogym equipment, wherever you are in the world

NEVER MISS A CLASS! Use the UC Rec & Sport app to easily find the classes you’re interested in and schedule them in your calendar. You will receive smart reminders to help you not to forget your classes or bookings.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: Keep track of your outdoor activities directly via the UC Rec & Sport app or automatically synchronise the data you have stored in other applications such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.

FUN: Join the challenges organised by Rec & Sport, train and improve your challenge ranking in real time. See where you stand on our leader boards.

BODY MEASUREMENTS: Keep track of your measurements (weight, body fat, etc..) and check your progress over time. Be sure to ask about Rec & Sport’s Body Composition Scales – the scans record your results straight to your MyWellness profile. Gain vital insights into your health such as; Fat% / Muscle Mass, BMI, Metabolic Age, BMR, Visceral Fat, Bone Mass (and many more useful stats). So much more than just your weight on the scales!
